Introduction & General Terms

3.1 Account Security

• Any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on the account must be reported to the kri11 support team immediately.
• Transferring or selling the account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets on behalf of someone else or using another person's funds is not permitted.

3.2 Account Closure & Suspension

kri11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances: violation of the Terms, evidence of fraud, suspicion of money laundering, or misuse of the service. In such cases, the account balance may be temporarily held and a decision will be made after investigation.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount for each method: ৳300.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on kri11 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

kri11 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Accepting these bonuses means agreeing to the following terms:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus on the first deposit is offered up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Depositing ৳10,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, making the total ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x — this applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposited amount. Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may have a specific validity period. Unused bonuses will be cancelled automatically once the period expires.
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is active.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of any bonus offer is strictly prohibited.
• kri11 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If misuse of a bonus is found, the bonus and any winnings obtained through it may be cancelled.

VIP Program & Cashback

kri11's VIP program has five tiers. Based on regular play, each tier offers weekly cashback and other benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Users have the opportunity to move up to higher VIP tiers based on regular activity and participation. VIP benefits may change at kri11's discretion and are non-transferable.

Prohibited Activities & Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kri11 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to gain bonus advantages (bonus arbitrage).
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial methods to operate games or betting.
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other users.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain unfair advantages.
• Initiating chargebacks or unjustified payment disputes against kri11.

If any such activity is detected, kri11 may immediately close the relevant account, forfeit funds, and take legal action if necessary.

Betting Rules & Gaming Terms

8.1 Sports Betting

• Match results will be determined based on the official announcement of the relevant authority.

8.2 Casino Games
