Bonuses & Offers
Yes, if you no longer want to use a bonus after accepting it, you can contact support to have it cancelled. Keep in mind though — once a bonus is cancelled, the bonus funds will be removed from your account and any winnings made with those bonus funds may also be voided. So read the terms carefully before deciding.
A wagering requirement is the multiplier that determines how many times you must bet the bonus amount before you can withdraw it. At kri11 the wagering is 25x — and it applies only to the bonus amount, not the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 total must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
All bonuses have a set expiry period. If the wagering conditions are not met within that period, the bonus funds may be cancelled as expired. The expiry information is stated in the terms and conditions at the time of accepting the bonus. So it is a good idea to read the terms right after claiming a bonus.
No, each player receives the welcome bonus only once — on their first deposit. It is not possible to claim the welcome bonus a second time from one account or using the same device and payment method. kri11 discourages opening multiple accounts, and doing so goes against the terms and conditions.
